The back unit has a large room, large closet and a nice private bathroom. NO KITCHEN, SORRY. Plenty of room for a stove top though or Hotplate with small fridge, like the previous tenant had. It's not house size, but contains plenty of space for one. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE UNIT PLEASE. PLEASE NO FURRY FRIENDS. TANKED PETS THAN DON'T SCRATCH WALLS ARE OK. PLEASE NO OVERNIGHT GUEST MORE THAN 2 DAY - ONLY ON WEEKENDS. Photos attached should give you a rough idea. Plus $950 deposit. All together $1,900.00 is required to move in. The room is detached from the front of the house, so if you're a private person who doesn't want contact, this would be ideal for you. You'll never have to interact with us should you not want to.
